Over the years, we have trained many credit providers in this space on various credit-related processes and procedures, including but not limited to marketing and selling credit, conducting credit risk assessments and affordability studies, developing and implementing repayment and collections policies, procedures and processes, portfolio management and compliance with legislation and the regulatory framework within which credit providers operate.

BSI also offers the ICM Certificate in Credit Management which provides learners with the skills needed to operate successfully as a manager of a credit department including understanding the role of credit in the economy and credit industry and credit policies and procedures relating to credit granting and collections.
